How the consultation works
For most cases, an online consultation is the most suitable and fastest option.
On-site appointments are mainly useful when an on-site assessment of the building is required (e.g. for an iSFP).
After booking the free initial consultation, you will receive a confirmation as well as a separate email with a link to join the meeting in time before the appointment.

I am an independent energy consultant listed in the official Energy Efficiency Experts registry of the German Energy Agency (dena).
As a qualified engineer with over 30 years of professional experience, I assist homeowners, property buyers, and expats in planning energy-efficient renovations, with a particular focus on the economic aspects.
During the free initial consultation, we will discuss your situation, address your key questions, and outline the next steps for your renovation project.
Initial consultation – online
The initial call is a non-binding first assessment based on the information you provide.
Its purpose is to clarify your situation and discuss possible next steps. It does not replace a detailed building analysis or energy assessment.
To make the most of the 15-minute consultation, it helps if you can provide some basic information about your property, such as the year of construction, the building’s condition, your approximate budget, and the main issue you would like to address.
